My Story

I’m not sure when my passion for cooking developed,  My early 20’s I guess.  I got my first apartment and that’s when I learned I loved to entertain.  Now I’ve been cooking for everybody ever since.  I got married in my late 20’s and   lemme tell y’all; Hubby CANNOT cook!  So it was easily agreed upon that that was my job. Each day after work I would come in the door, drop my stuff and head straight for the kitchen.  At one point I remember thinking “I need a housewife”   

 

In 2009 I ended up losing my corporate sales job and it was then that “Kirkland’s Kuisine ~ The working mom’s housewife” was born.  I began cooking and delivering dinner for working families in my community, that turned into delivering lunches to local businesses, then eventually into full blown catering.  I have also written two E cookbooks and am currently working on a 3rd.  Recipe development is my JAM!  So check me out around the web; I’m always cookin’ up something gooood!

I just had a baby and learned about this new thing people are doing called a Sip N See. I contacted Angel with Kirkland’s Kuisine, gave her my vision and she collaborated with me to make it a reality. Since I live in a different state she shared her ideas and thoughts through a private Pinterest page and everything turned out beautifully. Angel planned my bridal shower.  The theme was high tea. She organized everything.  Angel found/created the invitations, mailed them, and kept an accurate account of the number of guests that were attending.  She also planned all the games, which were so much fun! Afterwards she also hosted a little get together with drinks and additional food for all the ladies to enjoy.  If you are in need of a party planner and chef, Kirkland’s Kuisine Events & Catering is a must! -Deirdre R.

I had Kirkland’s Kuisine cater my brother’s bachelor party. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the quality and professionalism was outstanding, not to mention the food was great. I had them arrive at the location an hour before all the guys would arrive after our bachelor festivities. Once entering the room all food was laid out  with care and precision. We have used Kirkland Kuisine several times for our weeknight dinners. Due to my busy schedule at a hospital and three hungry mouths to feed at home KK was the perfect solution for having a delicious hot meal delivered right when I’m getting home. In addition to home delivery meals, when my oldest daughter was expecting her first child, KK catered her baby shower. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious!!!
